Subprocessors
To provide the Service, Kontaible SRL ("Kontaible") engages the third-party subprocessors below to process personal data within Customer Data. Each subprocessor is bound by data-protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We update this list before adding or replacing any subprocessor that processes personal data.

Affiliates
Kontaible SRL affiliates may process Customer Data under the same data-protection obligations and protections described in our DPA.
Notification of Changes
We will publish updates to this Subprocessors list before any new subprocessor that processes personal data is engaged. Where required by our DPA, we will notify customers in advance so they may exercise their right to object on reasonable data-protection grounds per DPA §7.
